Big Prayer Museum™
The public doorway into the vision: a Global Living Museum preserving history, activating community and connecting education, culture, enterprise, products and positive participation through the Court of Life™.
Big Prayer Museum is a Global Living Museum in Fulshear, Texas, where history, human development, faith, enterprise and public participation meet. The campus turns Joseph Renwick Randon’s connected systems into experiences people can see, sense, learn from and join.
Joseph Renwick Randon is a Fort Bend County native, former University of Miami basketball player and founder whose work connects spirit, sports, environment, enterprise and public benefit.
Raised in a family with deep African American roots in the Fulshear area, Joseph learned early that history lives through people, land, memory and responsibility. Basketball carried him from B.F. Terry High School to the University of Miami, where he played power forward wearing number 4 under coaches Bill Foster and Leonard Hamilton.
Life beyond basketball brought disruption, reinvention and a continuing spiritual search. From the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew to rebuilding in California and returning to Texas, Joseph kept translating experience into systems. On February 14, 1998, that movement became SoundWater: sound as instruction, water as transmission.
Today, that original insight lives through an ecosystem of companies, platforms, programs and a physical public-benefit institution—the Big Prayer Museum campus in Fulshear.
“Participation becomes progress.” — Joseph Renwick Randon
On a basketball court, every player needs a position, responsibility and next move. That lesson became the foundation for the Court of Life™.
